Our mission is to improve STEM education. Our tool is used by more than 250,000 students and 60 institutions worldwide. We work on meaningful projects with excellent results: high-quality online learning, which engages students and saves teachers time. Additionally, at OMPT, we make sure every student has equal opportunities to access higher education institutions.

Collaborative environment

Our work culture is based on collaboration. Here you will feel you belong to a team and interact with other departments across different disciplines. We are supportive and friendly, and everybody's input is always valued. We learn a lot from each other. And you will have fun playing games like squash or Werewolves with us!


Here, you will see how your work genuinely impacts the business and our clients. You will have the autonomy to join different projects and propose and implement new ideas. Do you think we should organize a user day in Australia to help our partners there? Should we run a Christmas campaign with presents for our clients? You will have multiple creative possibilities!


You will have a lot of freedom. You won't be constantly monitored. Although there are some deadlines and busy periods, we trust you to be independent and distribute your tasks as you think best. If you don't know how to do something or feel insecure, that's okay. We are always happy to help you out!
